Canyon Offerings is nestled between the towering canyon walls of Zion National Park in the quaint and charming Southern Utah town of Springdale. Springdale is located just 2 1/2 hours northeast of Las Vegas, Nevada and 5 1/2 hours south of Salt Lake City.
The store was established in 1994 by Laura and Dick Doty who travel extensively each year to find new artists and craftsmen who create one-of-a-kind and unique merchandise. Dick has been in the jewelry business for over 30 years designing and creating fine 14 K jewelry. Both Laura and Dick traveled extensively prior to moving to Springdale making it easy for them to combine their previous experiences, design and travel, to create a store that is unique in the southwest. It is not uncommon to hear shoppers exclaim, "Wow, you have GREAT STUFF!" or "You have merchandise that we haven't seen on our entire trip throughout the southwest!"
When they moved to Springdale, they soon learned that visitors to Zion National Park were hikers who preferred sterling silver jewelry. This was a great excuse for Dick to retire from jewelry making and to channel his artistic energies into creating their own unique and exclusive T-Shirt designs for the store.
